€150 million hotel investment in Didim

Barut Hotel, which has initiated preparations for a new hotel investment, will contribute to regional development and employment. Barut Hotels, one of the tourism brands in the Mediterranean Region, will realize Anda Barut Collection in Didim Delice Yaramadası with an investment exceeding 150 million euros.

The company, which will open its hotel with a total of 561 rooms and a capacity of 1136 beds in May 2024, will also construct a luxury dormitory with 300 rooms where 800 staff members can stay. This will contribute to increased employment opportunities in the region. Providing information about the hotel investment, Anda Barut Collection General Manager Cem Karacan stated that Barut Hotels will bring its experience of over half a century to the Aegean region.

Karacan stated, "This investment will mark a new phase in Turkish tourism. We are creating a new location where we can attract the luxury tourism potential of the world to Turkey, offering a destination where individuals in the billionaire league can vacation in Turkey. In addition to projects that will carry us into the coming years, we attach great importance to sustainability for future generations. We have the first International Renewable Energy Certified hotels in the Mediterranean Region in Turkey.

"All our hotels will continue to use green energy," he said. Karacan announced that the new hotel investment will open in May 2024 in Didim Delice Peninsula with an investment exceeding 150 million euros, stating, "Anda Barut Collection, which will turn the region into one of the most important centers in tourism, will have a total of 561 rooms and 1136 beds, including 547 rooms and 14 Bayou villas."
