The pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine war had caused a decline in the market. However, the number of Russian tourists started to return to pre-pandemic figures in 2022 despite the war.
Pobeda, the low-cost airline brand of Russian airline Aeroflot, will fly to Alanya during the season.
The Russian airline company Pobeda stated that it will resume flights from Moscow to Alanya starting from 1 June.
Pobeda Airlines announced the start of ticket sales for Moscow - Alanya flights. It said; “Flights start on 1 June 2023”.
It was noted that the flights will be made every day.
In a statement from Pobeda to the RIA Novosti news agency, it was stated that flights were suspended on 14 February due to the problems with the ground service.
