Alarko Holding announced that it decided to establish an aviation company with a capital of thirty million TL.
The company to be established will carry out the conversion and modification of large-bodied passenger aircraft and the development of related prototypes.
Alarko Holding operates in 6 fields on 3 continents with its energy, contracting, industry, land, tourism and venture capital activity groups.
“Alarko Holding A.Ş. It has been decided by the Board of Directors to establish a joint stock company with a capital of 30,000,000 TL (thirty million Turkish Liras) to operate in the aviation sector. The aim of the new company in question is to make conversions and modifications, especially in large-bodied passenger aircraft, and to develop relevant prototypes, to obtain the relevant international licenses, to produce parts for this purpose, and to apply these parts and these transformations and modifications to passenger aircraft in hangars with international standards and authorizations, and to install the relevant aircraft. It is planned to include buying and selling businesses. Within the scope of the project, intensive cooperation with international foreign engineering and production companies is envisaged.
