EXAMPLES OF TAXES AND PENALTIES TO BE AFFECTED BY THE REVALUATION RATE The President has the authority to increase or decrease some of the taxes, penalties and other burdens indexed to the revaluation rate.
Motor Vehicles Tax, the President has the authority. Property Tax, there is a provision in the Law that half of the YDO will be applied. The President has the authority regarding this amount. Environmental Cleaning Tax, the President has the authority. Income Tax Law, some exemption amounts, tax tariff bracket amounts and the like, the President has the authority. Inheritance and Gift Tax: Exemptions, the President has no authorisation. Inheritance and Gift Tax: Tariff bases, the President has the authority. Stamp Tax: The President has the authority. Fees, the President has the authority. Penalties under the Tax Procedure Law, the President has the authority. Administrative fines subject to the Law on Misdemeanours, the President has no authority. Vehicle Inspection Fees, the President is authorised to increase or decrease by 20 per cent every five years. Traffic Fines, the President has no authority.
