A public information and process participation meeting will be held on October 23 for the 550-bed LOFT İASOS Tourism Accommodation Facility, planned to be built by Gökliman Yatırım İnşaat in Milas Kıyıkışlacık Mahallesi Zeytinlikuyu Location, on October 23.
The EIA information meeting of the project, whose cost is calculated as 547 million 785 thousand liras, will be held on 23.10.2023 at 11.00 in Kıyıkışlacık District Market Place, in accordance with Article 9 of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulation.
The project, which will be built by Gökliman Yatırım İnşaat, consists of 550 apart rooms in 45 blocks. LOFT İASOS Tourism Accommodation Facility will be built on a land of 52 thousand 21 square meters located on island 310, parcel 1, in Zeytinlikuyu District. The facility to be built attracts attention with its proximity to Milas-Bodrum Airport. The construction is planned to be completed in 3 years.
