Expert cyclists will pedal for international points at Erciyes

International road cycling competitions are starting in collaboration with Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Erciyes A.Ş., Spor A.Ş., and the Erciyes High Altitude and Sports Tourism Association. The Erciyes International Road Cycling Race series will be held at Erciyes from July 6-13 and August 10-24, in accordance with the International Cycling Union (UCI) calendar and organized by the Turkish Cycling Federation.

Kayseri Erciyes, which has become the center of cycling in Turkey, continues to host these traditional international road cycling competitions. In addition to winter sports, Erciyes is a professional training camp, mountain and nature sports hub, attracting professional athletes in many sports during the summer. It will draw the attention of the global cycling community and host significant competitions.

The Erciyes International Road Cycling Race series, included in the International Cycling Union (UCI) calendar, will be held from July 6-13 and August 10-24, organized by the Turkish Cycling Federation in cooperation with Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality and supported by Erciyes A.Ş., Spor A.Ş., and the Erciyes High Altitude and Sports Tourism Association. Cycling teams from all over the world, especially from Turkey, will participate in the races. The series will kick off on Saturday, July 6, with the Grand Prix Erciyes stage.

The international cycling races will take place in regions rich in natural and historical beauty, including the Kayseri city center, Develi, Tomarza, Yahyalı, Bünyan, Yeşilhisar, Erciyes, Kültepe, Sultan Marshes, and Soğanlı. Cyclists will pedal the 140-kilometer GP Erciyes tour, starting from Cumhuriyet Square and finishing at the Erciyes Ski Center Hacılar Gate.
