Expeditions are starting to Fener Island, which was completed by Ordu Metropolitan Municipality and opened recently. Local and foreign tourists are expected to show great interest in the work, which will contribute to Ordu tourism. Within the scope of the works initiated by the Metropolitan Municipality last year, an open area for approximately 150 people, a seating area, a cafe, viewing binoculars, fish viewing pools and a bird observation point were built on the wooden floor created on the rock.
Free boat rides begin
Free trips will be organized to Fatsa Fener Island, which can be reached by boat, until the end of 2023. The voyages, organized by Ordu Metropolitan Municipality, will start every day at 10:00 from the Fatsa Fishing Shelter Coast Guard point and will end at 18:00 in the evening. These trips, which aim to promote Fatsa Island, will be free until the end of the year.
Cafeteria service is available on Fatsa Island
Cafeteria service has also started to be provided on the island, which was opened the other day, by ORTAR, a subsidiary company of the Metropolitan Municipality. Ordu toast, bagels, pastries, hot and cold drinks, which are registered Ordu products, are offered for sale on the terrace built in accordance with nature.
