Good news from the UK tourism market to Turkey

EasyJet, British Airways, SunExpress, Aer Lingus, and Norwegian Air have opened new routes in Turkey for the summer season of 2024 and increased frequencies on some existing routes.

Starting from May 16, the UK-based airline EasyJet will commence flights from Manchester to Bodrum. The flights, which will operate twice a week, are planned to continue until the end of October.

British Airways announces new routes and frequency increases

British Airways is resuming flights from London to Izmir. The airline, which previously operated flights from Gatwick to Izmir, will start flying from London Heathrow Airport to Izmir from May 18. The flights will be operated once a week until September 28.

Additionally, starting from May 25, British Airways will increase the frequency on the Heathrow-Bodrum route from once a week to three times a week.

SunExpress decides on direct flights on the Gatwick-Izmir route

Currently, SunExpress operates flights with layovers on the Gatwick-Izmir route. However, starting from June 1, the airline will begin direct flights.

Aer Lingus to launch Dublin-Dalaman flights

Irish-based airline Aer Lingus will commence flights from Dublin to Dalaman on May 11. The flights will operate twice a week until the end of September and will reduce to once a week from October 1.

Norwegian Air to operate flights to Bodrum

Norwegian Air, based in Norway, will start flights from Oslo to Bodrum on June 4. The flights will be operated once a week.
