The European Aviation Report of the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) for 2 - 8 October has been published.
According to the report, Istanbul Airport ranked first among the busiest airports in Europe with an average of 1,435 flights per day.
Istanbul Airport, which left Europe's largest airports behind, was followed by Amsterdam Schiphol with an average of 1,419 flights per day, Paris Charles de Gaulle with 1,335 flights, Frankfurt with 1,332 flights, and London Heathrow with 1,318 flights.
Antalya Airport ranked 9th among the busiest airports with an average of 883 daily flights.
