Restoration works of the Maiden's Tower, one of the symbolic structures of the Bosphorus, have come to an end. Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, the Minister of Culture and Tourism, who followed every stage of the meticulously carried out restoration, examined the wooden dome and the works carried out in the building. Minister Ersoy, who received information about the restoration works from the General Manager of Cultural Heritage and Museums Gökhan Yazgı and Architect Han Tümertekin, repeated that this centuries-old historical building will become a museum when the restoration is completed. Minister Ersoy stated that after the restoration to be completed at the end of March, the beauties of Istanbul can be observed from the panorama of the Maiden's Tower.
