NG Hotels is looking for a place to invest in Europe

The desire for investment in the tourism sector continues. Emphasizing that they continue their growth-oriented initiatives with their new investments, NG Hotels Chairman of the Board of Directors Hediye Güral Gür stated that they have plans to build a hotel abroad in the nearby geography and that the average investment cost can reach 150-200 million Euros.

The desire for investment in the tourism sector continues. Emphasizing that they continue their growth-oriented initiatives with their new investments, NG Hotels Chairman of the Board of Directors Hediye Güral Gür stated that they have plans to build a hotel abroad in the nearby geography and that the average investment cost can reach 150-200 million Euros.

Güral said, “We are looking for a place in Europe. There was an opportunity before in Vienna and Athens, but it did not happen. We, as our family and professionals, care about being on top of the business.” Noting that they made the investment and did not leave it to the operator, Güral continued his words as follows: “Depending on the country we go to, we can make the investment and leave within a maximum of 2-3 years, but we have not found a building or land yet. There are regions that we are examining.”

Adds Antalya and Bodrum to its portfolio

Emphasizing that they believe in the potential in the tourism sector in Turkey, gift Güral explained their investment plans: “We have started the construction of new hotels in Bodrum and Antalya. These NG branded hotels will be in resort concept. We will prepare Antalya for the 2025 season like Bodrum. A thousand more people will be added to our employment of 1600 people with new investments.”

She will install GES on her own property

Expressing that sustainability in tourism is important both for the protection of the environment and for the future of the sector, gift Güral Gür stated that they are one of the first hotels in Turkey to receive the sustainability certification. Noting that they consider sustainability holistically, Güral added that they conduct research on solar power plants on their own land to start investments in Afyon.
