According to the announcement made by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Antalya, one of the world's popular tourism destinations, broke all-time tourism records last year.
In 2023, Antalya received 15,689,258 tourists from international flights, and an additional 395,479 passengers arrived through transfers from various airports. Thus, a total of 16,084,737 tourists came to Antalya by air in 2023.
MOST TOURISTS FROM RUSSIA
Looking at the countries specifically, Russia was the country that sent the most tourists to Antalya, followed by Germany, the United Kingdom, Poland, the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Romania, the Czech Republic, Israel, and Ukraine.
