In Bodrum, Muğla, as the structures occupying the shore designated for the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's public beach are removed, the construction of the fourth public beach in the area is underway. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism will build the fourth public beach on approximately 3.5 acres of public land in Yalıkavak Gökçebel Mahallesi, Frank Azmağı Caddesi. The mentioned area, owned by the treasury, has been allocated to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism by the National Real Estate Directorate.
With the initiatives of Bodrum District Governor Mustafa Çit, the structures on the property with parcel number 763 on the island were removed under the supervision of the District Governorship, Bodrum Municipality, National Real Estate Directorate, and District Police Directorate. The site management handed over the site to the officials of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Ministry officials are expected to start working shortly. It was announced that the public beach will be ready for this year's tourism season.
