The project, which started with the restoration of the old Industrial Vocational High School, known as stone buildings, to serve as the Denizli City Museum, has been completed. It is learned that the museum, implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Denizli Governorship, and Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, will be opened to visitors shortly after the artifacts were finally placed in the showcases. Mayor Osman Zolan of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality stated that the city museum, which has been a dream for many years, will make a significant contribution to Denizli tourism and will contribute significantly to the transfer of historical values to future generations as a permanent work and a significant contribution to the city's memory. Mayor Osman Zolan emphasized the importance of not losing Denizli's values, transferring them to the future, and learning people's own cultures to know their past, saying, 'Our Denizli, especially our Pamukkale, our thermal waters, our ski center, our 19 ancient cities, and many other natural, historical, and cultural riches we cannot name. The Denizli City Museum, which will have a closed area of 2,570 square meters, will feature many values from the Republic era to the Ottoman era, from Denizli's culinary culture to Denizli's heroes. Exhibits will include rooms depicting household culture, Denizli's culinary culture, Denizli's role in the National Struggle, prominent figures of Denizli, Denizli's history, Atatürk's great Aegean tour, agriculture, industry, economy, and social life in the late Ottoman - early Republic period in the region, Denizli's heroes, Denizli handicrafts, weaving from the Ottoman period to the present, fabric shops, traditional crafts of Denizli from the past to the present, commercial life, Denizli houses, Denizli architecture, and symbols of Denizli, among many other exhibits. These dozens of values will be exhibited in the Denizli City Museum.
