The increased fee for the exit tax for international departures took effect today

Turkish citizens traveling abroad on an international flight will pay 500 lira for the exit tax stamp starting from midnight tonight.

The law that increased the exit tax stamp fee, which was 150 lira, to 500 lira for Turkish citizens on international flights was published in the Official Gazette on August 2 and went into effect. According to the law, the exit tax fee was raised from 150 lira to 500 lira starting on August 12.
