At the end of the draw, which was broadcast live on Togg social media accounts and TRT Haber, 20 thousand lucky users among 177 thousand 467 people won the right to pre-order. In addition to 20 thousand people, 20 thousand people took their places on the reserve list. Users who enter the main and reserve list will receive an additional guarantee for the time they wait to receive their smart devices, and 85 kWh(*) of energy from Trugo for each month they wait.
In the T10X pre-order process, which was made for the first time in Turkey with the end-to-end digital sales method, a digital draw was held to determine the pre-order holders for 20 thousand T10X, which will meet with users throughout 2023. 177 thousand 467 people, who participated in the pre-order process from the Trumore application and the Togg website between March 16-27, experienced the excitement of the digital drawing held in the presence of a notary public on March 29. Among the users who participated in the pre-order process, 20 thousand lucky people won the right to pre-order the T10X.
Users who won the right to pre-order the lottery broadcast live on TRT Haber and Togg's social media accounts, when the delivery date of their smart devices comes, will make the remaining payments deducted from the prepayment amount.
The reserve list has also been announced
In addition to the lucky 20 thousand users, a reserve list of 20 thousand people was determined in the draw. If there are users who do not use their rights in the deliveries planned for 2023, the users in the reserve list will be activated. However, those who cannot switch from the spare list to the main list for 2023 deliveries will be able to order the T10X with the new package and configuration options that will be determined as of January 2024. Those who place this order will be able to receive their smart devices without entering any draw until June 2024.
Additional warranty for the expected period and the right to charge 85 kWh (*) per month from Trugo
As a result of the lottery, 40 thousand people who are entitled to enter the main and reserve lists will have various privileges during the period until they receive their smart devices. An additional warranty period will be added to the users' accounts from April until the delivery, and the right to recharge 85 kWh (*) per month from Trugo will be defined. While the prepayments made by the users in the main and backup lists will be kept in their e-Wallet, the prepayments of the users who cannot enter both lists will be returned to their accounts.
An end-to-end digital process continues
The winners of the draw will experience a completely end-to-end digital sales process on the journey to delivery. They will be able to manage their orders, purchase other services and products such as motor insurance and insurance, complete their payments and own their smart devices through the Trumore application.
