China will provide unilateral visa exemption for Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
The Consular Affairs Department of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that citizens of Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, and Luxembourg can travel to China visa-free for 15 days from March 14 to November 30.
It was stated that the visa exemption will be limited to purposes such as business, tourism, family visits, and transit.
The visa exemption arrangements for different countries aim to increase travel from abroad to China.
