Wizz Air, Hungary-based one of the largest low-cost airline companies in Europe, achieved a record passenger traffic in its Central and Eastern European network in 2023. The company, which transported 60.3 million passengers last year, reached its highest passenger count in its history.
Wizz Air demonstrated a performance well above the industry average by successfully operating 99.31% of its scheduled flights. This was announced as one of the lowest annual emission results recorded in Wizz Air's history.
