The world-famous economy publication Forbes has published the “50 Over 50” list. 2 Turks were among the 50 women, including the founders, business and political leaders, scientists and pioneers from EMEA Region, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Forbes mentioned Cizreli as follows: “She is one of Turkey's leading restaurant entrepreneurs, who runs Big Chefs with 69 restaurants in 12 provinces of Turkey, 3 cities in the United Arab Emirates, in Saudi Arabia, Germany, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kuwait.
Cizreli previously managed coffee shop business Cafemiz, a pastry and bakery startup Kuki House, and a Far Eastern cuisine business Quick China.
He established BigChefs Cafe & Brasserie in 2007 by bank loan. Today, more than 3,500 workers work at the enterprise. She has more than 130 thousand Instagram followers, and she is on the board of member of Kagider, Turkish Women Entrepreneurs Association and Turkish Restaurants and Entertainment Association.”
Gülden Türktan
