EasyJet, British Airways, SunExpress, Aer Lingus, and Norwegian Air have opened new routes in Turkey for the summer season of 2024, and in some routes, they have increased the frequency.
The UK-based airline EasyJet will start flights from Manchester to Bodrum from May 16. The flights, which will operate twice a week, are planned to continue until the end of October.
British Airways, according to information on Turizmgüncel, is resuming flights from London to Izmir. The airline, which previously operated flights from Gatwick to Izmir, will start flying from London Heathrow Airport to Izmir from May 18. The flights will be once a week until September 28.
Additionally, British Airways will increase the frequency of flights from Heathrow to Bodrum from May 25, going from once a week to three times a week.
SunExpress, currently operating connecting flights from Gatwick to Izmir, will start direct flights from June 1.
Aer Lingus, the Ireland-based airline, will commence flights from Dublin to Dalaman from May 11. The flights will operate twice a week until the end of September and will reduce to once a week from October 1.
Norwegian Air, headquartered in Norway, will start flights from Oslo to Bodrum from June 4, with one frequency per week.
