Istanbul Airport operator IGA has renewed the design and infrastructure of the "www.istairport.com" website and the "Istanbul Airport" mobile application.

According to the statement made by İGA, "www.istairport.com", which has a simple and useful design with the new regulations, has a user-friendly interface.

The website of Istanbul Airport, which provides service in seven languages, has been made unique with its new line and perspective.

The arrangements made on the airport website and the services offered to users are listed as follows:

"Learning the density information of terminal entrance, passport and domestic lines control waiting areas live. Ease of access to 'car park availability' information showing the density of parking lots. 'Where is my car' feature for those who forget the location of their car in the parking lot. In addition to a detailed filtering and category system for all brands in shopping and dining areas, it is possible to easily access the location information of restaurants, cafes and stores with 360 maps and terminal maps.

In the renewed "Istanbul Airport" mobile application, innovations in the new digital world were presented to customers with the profile creation screen. A personalized design was provided on the home page, making it easier for customers to access all functions.

On the "Explore" screen, the areas that the customer would like to experience were highlighted and practical filtering was introduced. It is aimed to follow more than one flight on the Flights screen, to provide more detailed information about the flight and to be guided through the journey.

It was aimed to highlight the relevant campaigns according to the user habits on the Campaigns screen and to direct the visitors to become "IGA Pass" holders. With the new design that creates a sense of privilege on the "İGA Pass" screen, it was aimed to display packages and services separately, to display the remaining rights and quantities in detail, and to display notifications regarding sales-increasing referrals.

The entire category structure in the airport guide was preserved and transformed into a version that appeals to the user visually, and its ease of use was emphasized.
