With the first cargo flight from Morocco to Istanbul Airport by Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the number of companies operating in air cargo transportation at Istanbul Airport increased to 18.
Approximately 1 million 500 thousand tons of cargo was added within the scope of Istanbul Airport in 2022. The cargo capacity of the airport is expected to reach 5.5 million tons from now on.
