At ADEX, organized with the participation of 550 companies from 35 countries, the country's latest weapons and technologies are exhibited with the aim of increasing South Korea's exports in the field of defense.

US strategic bomber lands at a base in South Korea for the first time

The US nuclear-capable strategic bomber B-52, which took part in joint exercises with South Korea on the Korean Peninsula, landed at the Cheongju air base in the southeast of the capital after its flight at the fair.

Thus, the B-52 landed at an air base in South Korea for the first time.

On the other hand, at the fair, US military aircraft also participated in the first demonstration flight of the domestically produced KF-21 fighter jet on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the alliance between South Korea and the USA.

ADEX, where various seminars and forums will be held for officials from the defense sector in the first four days, will be opened to the public in the last 2 days.

ADEX, which is expected to be visited by approximately 30 thousand people, will end on October 22.
