Düzce Municipality's Affiliate Company Beltur Inc. hosted university students from Ankara who expressed their curiosity about Düzce at a fair they attended in Ankara last week. As part of the excursion services initiated by Düzce Mayor Dr. Faruk Özlü to promote the development of the tourism sector and especially to include Düzce in the camping and hiking routes of young people, university students from Ankara were hosted. While visiting the Beltur Inc. stand at the fair in Ankara, the students expressed their curiosity about Düzce and were invited by Düzce Municipality.
In the trips organized under the guidance of Beltur, young people visited Akçakoca Fakıllı Cave, Konuralp Ancient City, Aydınpınar Waterfall, Efteni Lake, and the Culinary Arts Center, and they were impressed by Düzce. Emphasizing the importance of tourism destinations being included in permanent routes and the promotion of local flavors, these trips will continue to be organized for the people of Düzce as the spring months approach. The Explore-See routes will be developed for the new period, and trips will continue for the people of Düzce during periods when weather conditions are suitable.
