Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister, Ali Rıza Bigdeli, stated that the decision to lift visa requirements was taken unilaterally by Iran, and the relevant regulations for its implementation have been communicated to the relevant authorities. Bigdeli mentioned, 'We have decided to unilaterally lift visas for 28 countries to revitalize and promote tourism in the country. Citizens of these 28 countries will be able to travel to Iran without a visa starting from February 4th.'
