Port and square arrangement in Marmaris Bozburun has been completed

Prestige projects carried out by Marmaris Municipality in the neighborhoods continue. The port and square arrangement implemented in Bozburun also brought a brand new face to the tourism center. Marmaris Municipality continues to touch every neighborhood of the district and solve its problems. Bozburun, one of the neighborhoods farthest from the center, has gained a brand new look after the work done in Bozburun. The first of the works that changed the face of Bozburun was the revision of the yacht mooring pier. The works on the yacht mooring pier, which was started in 2021 by the Marmaris Municipality Directorate of Science Affairs and built in 3 stages due to the summer, have been completed. Infrastructure line, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, panels and yacht mooring points (eyebolts) and superstructure were renewed at the pier with a total length of 525 meters. Another work done in Bozburun was the arrangement made in Atatürk Square. With the arrangement made in line with the demands of the people of the region, the old and worn flooring in the square with an area of 3300 m2 was replaced. Stone pattern pressed concrete was applied instead of the flooring, which was the subject of complaints from the people of the region. A different look was given by placing decorative hubs in the form of a compass in the middle of the stone patterns. Saying that Bozburun is very important for Marmaris, Marmaris Mayor Mehmet Oktay said, “As soon as we took office in Bozburun, one of the most beautiful and favorite spots of our district, we did a lot of work. We brought a different face to our work in the port and square area. We welcome our guests with a brand new face. We still have a lot of work to do. We will implement them one by one in line with the demands of our people. We wish good luck to our local residents in these works.”

Marmaris Belediyesi’nin mahallelerde yürüttüğü prestij projeler devam ediyor. Bozburun’da hayata geçirilen liman ve meydan düzenlemesi de turizm merkezine yepyeni bir çehre kazandırdı. Marmaris Belediyesi, ilçenin her mahallesine dokunmaya, sorunlarını çözmeye devam ediyor. Merkeze en uzak mahallelerden biri olan turizmin gözdesi Bozburun’da yapılan çalışmaların ardından yepyeni bir görünüme kavuştu. Bozburun’un çehresini değiştiren çalışmaların ilki yat bağlama iskelesinde yapılan revizyon oldu. Marmaris Belediyesi Fen İşleri Müdürlüğü’nce 2021 yılında başlatılan ve yaz sezonu verilen ara nedeniyle 3 etap halinde yapılan yat bağlama iskelesindeki çalışmalar tamamlandı. Toplam 525 metre uzunluğundaki iskelede altyapı hattı, elektrik altyapısı, su tesisatı, panolar ve yat bağlama noktaları (mapa) ve üst yapı yenilendi. Bozburun’da yapılan bir diğer çalışma ise Atatürk Meydanı’nda yapılan düzenleme oldu. Bölge halkının talepleri doğrultusunda yapılan düzenlemeyle 3300 m2 alanlı meydanda eskimiş ve yıpranmış döşeme değiştirildi. Bölge halkının da şikayetlerine konu olan döşemenin yerine taş desen baskı beton uygulaması yapıldı. Taş desenler ortasına pusula şeklinde dekoratif göbekler yerleştirilerek farklı bir görünüm verildi. Bozburun’un Marmaris için çok önemli olduğunu söyleyen Marmaris Belediye Başkanı Mehmet Oktay, “İlçemizin en güzel ve en gözde noktalarından biri olan Bozburun’da göreve gelir gelmez birçok çalışmayı yaptık. Liman ve meydan bölgesinde yaptığımız çalışmalarla farklı bir çehre kazandırdık. Yepyeni bir çehreyle misafirlerimizi ağırlıyoruz. Daha yapacağımız çok iş var. Halkımızın talepleri doğrultusunda teker teker hepsini hayata geçireceğiz. Bu çalışmalarımız da bölge sakinlerimize hayırlı uğurlu olsun” dedi.
