Talas Paraşüt Alanı’nda düzenlenen toplantıya; Kayseri Valisi Gökmen Çiçek, AK Parti Kayseri Milletvekili Dr. Murat Cahid Cıngı, ERÜ Rektörü Dr. Fatih Altun, Talas Kaymakamı Yaşar Dönmez, Talas Belediye Başkanı Mustafa Yalçın, İl Emniyet Müdürü Atanur Aydın, İl Jandarma Komutanı Tuğgeneral Hakan Dedebağı, İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürü Dr. Şükrü Dursun ve protokol üyeleri katıldı. Saygı duruşunda bulunulması ve İstiklal Marşı’nın okunmasının ardından bir konuşma yapan Talas Belediye Başkanı Mustafa Yalçın, “Çocukları ile piknik yapan vatandaşlarımız, burayı tercih ettiler. Hala da öyle biraz sonra hakikaten çok yoğun olarak kullanılmaya başlanacak. Öyle olunca paraşütçülerimiz ile piknikçilerimiz geçinememeye başladılar. Bu nedenle de bir ayrım yapmak gerekiyordu. Arkadaşlarımızla özel çalışmalarımızdan sonra cami tarafını paraşütçülere, diğer tarafı da piknikçilere ayırdık. Bundan böyle herkes rahat ve güvenli olacak. Güvenlik burada sadece emniyet açısından güvenlik değil. Uçuş güvenliği açısından da çok önemli. Hem yukarıda ki atlama alanı hem de burasının her türlü akreditasyonda tespit edilen şartlara uyması gerekiyordu. Bu da hakikaten burada mevcuttu. Ancak böyle bir sıkıntıyı da bu şekilde çözmüş olduk. Burası piknik alanı olmaktan çıkmadı. Hava karardıktan sonra bir işaretle tamamı piknik alanı olarak kullanılmaya devam edecek. Aynı zamanda burası güvenli bir pist olarak uçuşlara da açık olacak. Tüm uçuşlar standartlara ve prensiplere, akreditasyon şartlarına uygun olacak. Sonuç olarak, ülkemizin en popüler hava sporu merkezlerinden birisi olan Talas’ın daha üst noktalara gelmesi adına önemli bir adım atmış oluyoruz” dedi. “Kentte turizme büyük katkı sağlayacak” Talas Yamaç Paraşütü Parkuru’nun tescillenmesinin Kayseri’nin turizmine çok büyük katkı sağlayacağını dile getiren AK Parti Kayseri Milletvekili Murat Cahid Cıngı, “Burada 30 yıldan fazladır yamaç paraşütü faaliyetleri yapılıyor. Ancak düzensiz, rastgele ve yetkililerimizin gayretleriyle bir şeyler yürüyordu. Şu anda artık burası tescilli, hava sporları için milletimizin tanıdığı, kontrolü sağlanmış, güvenliği alınmış çok güzel bir parkur oldu. Bundan sonra bir kontrol mekanizması kurulup, iş resmi resmi hürriyet kazandıktan sonra markalaşması, insan sayısındaki artışı, tanınırlığı, bilinirliği ve bu bölgeye bırakacağı gelir çok daha yüksek olacak. Buna inanabilirsiniz. Bunun yüzlerce örneği var. Tabi ki bu durumdan rahatsız olacak disiplinsiz kişiler olacak ama doğru olan budur. İnsanların inisiyatifine bırakmadan, güvenliği alarak, kontrolden geçerek bu uçuşun yapılması, hem kazaları önleyecek hem bu işin turizm ürünü olarak daha pazarlanabilir hale gelmesine vesile olacak hem de Talas’ımızın ve şehrimizin turizmine çok büyük katkı sağlayacak” şeklinde konuştu. Kayseri Valisi Gökmen Çiçek ise, “Kayseri’de turizm ile ilgili hem yerel idareler hem il müdürlükleri hem milletvekillerimiz hem siyasilerimiz büyük bir gayret içerisindeler. Hepimizin hemfikir olduğu konu; turizmle ilgili bu şehrin pastadan alabileceği çok pay var. Hala da alacak yolumuzun olduğu noktasında. Geçen hafta Yamula Barajı’nda muhteşem bir Su Sporları Merkezi açtık. Özellikle Zamantı Irmağı üzerinde tescilli bir rafting alanı belirlendi. Onaylandı be şampiyonalar için hazır hale getirildi. Oradaki acente işi yapan arkadaşlar görevli kültü müdürlüğüne başvuruda bulunarak, onaylarını aldılar. Ciddi bir şekilde rafting ile ilgili turizm çalışmalarına başladılar. Gerçekten güzel faaliyetler yapıyorlar. Hemen bunun arkasından yine Tomarza’da su sporlarında kano alanı tescil edildi. Şampiyonalara açıldı. Orada da yetkili acente arkadaşlar her hafta sonu gelen turistlerle beraber hem kano sporunu yapma fırsatı buluyorlar hem de Tomarza’ya ve ilimize ciddi bir ekonomik katkının gelmesini sağlıyorlar. Turizmin sadece deniz, kayak, kültür olmadığını görüyoruz. Sporun da bir turizm olduğunu özellikle su sporlarında ve hava sporlarındaki alanların çok fazla olmadığını ve sadece belirli alanlarda öne çıktığı belli. Ali Dağı’nın da bunların içerisinde en iyilerinden biri olduğunu biz görüyoruz. Yaklaşık 10 yıl önce Ali Dağı’nda başlayan yamaç paraşütü özellikle güneşi batmasına yakın gökyüzüne baktığımızda gelin gibi süzülen paraşütler şehre inanılmaz bir güzellik katarken, şehrin her yerinden görünebilmesini sağlarken, aynı zamanda turizmle ilgili de sporla ilgilide ciddi bir katkı sağlıyor” ifadelerini kullandı. Konuşmaların ardından projede paydaş olan kurumlar tarafından protokol imzalandı.

Soğanlı Valley, dubbed the Entrance Gate of Cappadocia, attracted over 150 thousand local and foreign tourists this year, a significant number according to Kayseri Governor Gökmen Çiçek. With 150 households and a population of 350, Soğanlı witnessed an impressive influx of visitors. Yeşilhisar District Governor Ahmet Ali Altıntaş highlighted that more than 13 thousand tourists experienced the region from the sky through hot air balloon rides. GOVERNOR GÖKMEN ÇİÇEK ATTACHES GREAT IMPORTANCE While the regulatory and infrastructure efforts in Soğanlı Valley, prioritized by Governor Gökmen Çiçek since his appointment to Kayseri, proceed without interruption, the region undergoes a transformation marked by a surge in tourist activity. Visitors to the valley, where hot air balloons launch, also enjoy the opportunity to view cultural heritage sites from the air. Yeşilhisar District Governor Ahmet Ali Altıntaş mentioned that around 13 thousand tourists have experienced Soğanlı Valley from the air since the commencement of balloon flights. He stated, "Thousands of tourists visit here annually, with 13 thousand people having taken balloon rides this year alone. This indicates that over 150 thousand tourists have explored the region, witnessing its numerous attractions. The majority of tourists in our country are international visitors. There are approximately 16-17 registered churches and around 80 unreconstructed churches in the area, along with numerous chapels, wineries, and residential outbuildings, all featuring rock carvings and integrated into fairy chimneys. We've established walking paths and conducted infrastructure improvements for visiting these sites. Lighting installations are currently in progress and expected to be completed within a month, making many locations easily accessible to visitors."

Altıntaş said, "Our Soganli Valley was, of course, a region open to visitors before. However, we have made a very serious progress within the framework of the tourism attack that we started last year and led by our Governor Gökmen Çiçek. Previously, our tourists were trying to reach places that were difficult to reach by going through dusty paths, and this seriously affected tourism. In order to prevent this, a tremendous work was carried out within the framework of the project initiated by our Governor's Office and jointly carried out by our metropolitan city. We have witnessed how good the work done together yields results. There is a very serious historical texture here. These places are home to a history dating back 1,500 years and are a very valuable place for Christianity. In fact, Soğanlı Valley has always been a great potential for tourism. However, this place needed attention and we started it under the leadership of our governor. A serious work began here with the projects prepared by the Provincial Directorate of Culture. They did a study very carefully without damaging the environment. As a result of the works, the cultural presence in these places were brought to the fore. After the opening of our ruins, we invite our tourists to Soğanlı Valley. Because this place met with balloon tourism as well as natural tourism. As of now, 12 balloons are taking off every day and the number of balloons will increase to 16 this season. They will have a chance to watch this natural image from a bird's eye view. It is not possible for everyone to get this opportunity, we want them to come here and take advantage of it." "Our number of tourists has increased by more than 100 percent" Stating that the region has had enough of investment this year, Soğanlı Mukhtar Ali Cebeci said, "We have received an investment that has never been seen in Soğanlı, God bless you. Our number of tourists has increased by over 100 percent. New investors are expected, work on hostels will begin. As our governor said, Soğanlı is very beautiful this spring. If it goes on like this, I think it will reach the place it deserves in terms of tourism in Turkey very quickly," he said. Yeşilhisar Mayor Halit Taşyapan said, "We are in Soğanlı, one of the most beautiful spots in Cappadocia. We define our district as a district of agriculture, tourism and history. We hope that this place will also rise very quickly in tourism."

Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, together with the Governor of Kayseri Gökmen Çiçek, attended the introductory meeting of the FIM World Snowmobile Championship, which will be held for the first time in Turkey, in Erciyes under the auspices of the Presidency.   FIM World Snowmobile Championship (SNX), which will be held for the first time in Turkey on 10-11-12 March 2013 in Kayseri Erciyes, was organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Kayseri Governorship, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Kayseri Erciyes A.Ş. It will be held in cooperation with the World Motorcycle Federation (FIM), Spor Toto, Infront, Sport In Turkey and the Turkish Motorcycle Federation. Famous sports announcer Ersin Doğru, who hosted the ceremony, said, "It is not a coincidence that this championship came to Turkey, Kayseri and Erciyes. There's a lot of hard work behind it. Such a world championship will have a great impact on the promotion of Kayseri and Erciyes. We are excited to be hosting this competition, the future of the world's best athletes, whose Kayseri and Erciyes will be broadcast on all international television channels. AN ORGANIZATION TO PROMOTE TURKEY AND KAYSERİ TO THE WORLD Bringing world trends in snow and winter sports to our country, Erciyes will host the World Snowmobile Championship on March 10-11-12, 2023. World Snowmobile Championship, under the auspices of the Presidency, with the support of the Turkish Motorcycle Federation, Kayseri Governorship, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality and Erciyes A.Ş. It will be held in Erciyes for the first time in Turkey. The championship, in which the best snowcross athletes of the world will compete, will be held at Kayseri Erciyes Ski Center on March 10-12, 2023. The Snowmobile World Championship, which has been held by the FIM in the best ski centers of Europe such as Sweden, Switzerland, Finland and Norway since 2004, will take place this year on the specially prepared track in Erciyes Ski Center Tekir Kapı region. More than 50 athletes will create a different excitement with studded tires on the same tracks with the Erciyes Cup, which includes ATV and Motosnow categories alongside the championship. The two-day Championship will be broadcast live on CBS Sport in America, Sport TV Network in Europe, Eurosport, and Fox Sport in Asia and South America. Participants will enjoy both the championship and the winter festival with fun competitions, sports activities, concerts and many different activities throughout the Championship. İREM DERICI WILL GIVE A CONCERT Famous artists will take the stage within the framework of Erciyes Winter Fest, which will be held on the occasion of the championship. İrem Derici will meet with her fans on Friday, March 10, Hande Ünsal and Ceza on Saturday, March 11, and Koray Avcı on Sunday, March 12, at Erciyes Ski Center.

Kayseri Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, Kayseri Valisi Gökmen Çiçek ile birlikte, Erciyes’te Cumhurbaşkanlığı himayelerinde Türkiye’de ilk kez gerçekleşecek FIM Dünya Kar Motosikleti Şampiyonası’nın İstanbul’da düzenlenen tanıtım toplantısına katıldı.  Türkiye’de ilk kez 10-11-12 Mart 2013 tarihlerinde Kayseri Erciyes’te düzenlenecek FIM Dünya Kar Motosikleti Şampiyonası (SNX), Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı, Kayseri Valiliği, Kayseri Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Kayseri Erciyes A.Ş. başta olmak üzere Dünya Motosiklet Federasyonu (FIM), Spor Toto, Infront, Sport In Turkey ve Türkiye Motosiklet Federasyonu’nun işbirliğinde gerçekleşecek. Törenin sunuculuğunu yapan ünlü spor spikeri Ersin Düzen, “Bu şampiyonanın Türkiye’ye, Kayseri’ye, Erciyes’imize gelmesi bir tesadüf değil. Arkasında çok büyük bir emek var.  Dünyanın Snowcross Şampiyonu Kayseri’de belli olacak” dedi.  Kayseri Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç: “Kayseri bir endüstri ve ticaret merkezi. Bunun yanında turizm ile ilgili olarak çok önemli aşamalar kaydettik. Turizmin amiral gemisi elbette Kayseri Erciyes Kayak Merkezi’dir. Büyükkılıç, Erciyes’in 12 ay sporun ve turizmin merkezi olması yolunda yatırımlar yaptıklarını belirterek, şöyle konuştu: “Son süreçte buradaki kayak merkezi ile sporun merkezi olma yolunda Yüksek İrtifa Merkezi ile gündemde tutmakta, sadece kış sporlarına özgü değil, yazın da otellerimizin dolu dolu geçmesi, Erciyes’imizin değişik etkinliklere zemin hazırlamak suretiyle oradan yararlanmasını sağlamaktayız. Kayseri’mizin, Anadolu’nun bu güzel değeri, Türkiye’nin en yakışıklı dağı, kış gününde beyaz gelinliğine bürünmüş, sporseverleri ve kayakseverleri bekliyor. Sadece bir kayak merkezi ile Kayseri’miz turizm bağlamında anılsın istemiyor, onunla birlikte değişik medeniyetlere ev sahipliği yapmanın zenginliğiyle değişik alanlarda kendisinden söz ettiren bir şehir olduğunu paylaşmak istiyorum.” Büyükkılıç, Kayseri’nin gastronominin merkezi olduğuna da dikkat çekerek, “UNESCO’nun ulusal bazda Yenilikçi Şehirler Lisesi’nde girme yönünde yerimizi aldık. Onlarca bölgemizde UNESCO’nun listesine ya girmiş, ya aday olmuş çalışmalardan söz edebiliriz. Emeği geçenleri kutluyorum. 1,5 milyon nüfusuyla bir cazibe merkezi olan Kayseri’mizin hep olumlu olarak anılacağını belirtiyorum” diye konuştu. Kayseri Valisi Gökmen Çiçek ise Kayseri’nin 6 bin yıl öncesine dayanan ticaret geçmişi olduğunu, bunun yanı sıra sanayi ve turizm şehri olduğunu vurgulayarak, “Bu turizmin en önemli aktörü, amiral gemisi Erciyes’tir. Böyle bir dünya şampiyonasının Kayseri’nin ve Erciyes’in tanıtımına çok büyük etki yapacaktır. Kayseri’yi, Erciyes’i tüm uluslararası manada dünya televizyonlarında yayınlanacak olan, dünyanın en iyi sporcularının geleceği bu yarışmaya ev sahipliği yapacak olmaktan dolayı heyecanlıyız. Hazırız ve hepinizi tüm Türkiye’yi Kayseri’ye bekliyoruz” diye konuştu. TÜRKİYE’Yİ VE KAYSERİ’Yİ DÜNYAYA TANITACAK BİR ORGANİZASYON Kar ve kış sporları alanında dünya trendlerini ülkemize kazandıran Erciyes, 10-11-12 Mart 2023 tarihlerinde Dünya Kar Motosikleti Şampiyonası’na ev sahipliği yapacak. Dünya Kar Motosikleti Şampiyonası, Cumhurbaşkanlığı himayelerinde, Türkiye Motosiklet Federasyonu destekleri ile Kayseri Valiliği, Kayseri Büyükşehir Belediyesi ve Erciyes A.Ş. tarafından Türkiye’de ilk kez Erciyes’te yapılacak. Dünyanın en iyi snowcross sporcularının yarışacağı şampiyona 10-12 Mart 2023 tarihlerinde Kayseri Erciyes Kayak Merkezi’nde düzenlenecek. FIM tarafından 2004 yılından bu yana İsveç, İsviçre, Finlandiya, Norveç gibi Avrupa’nın en iyi kayak merkezlerinde yapılan Kar Motosikleti Dünya Şampiyonası bu yıl Erciyes Kayak Merkezi Tekir Kapı bölgesinde özel olarak hazırlanan pistte gerçekleşecek. Şampiyonanın yanında ATV ve Motosnow kategorilerinin yer aldığı Erciyes Cup ile 50'den fazla sporcu aynı pistlerde çivili lastiklerle farklı bir heyecan oluşturacak. İki gün sürecek olan Şampiyona tüm dünyada seyirciye ulaşırken Amerika’da CBS Sport, Avrupa’da Sport TV Network, Eurosport, Asya’da ve Güney Amerika’da Fox Sport kanallarında naklen yayınlanacak. Katılımcılar Şampiyona boyunca eğlenceli yarışmalar, spor aktiviteleri, konserler ve birçok farklı aktivite ile hem şampiyonanın hem de kış festivalinin keyfini çıkaracak. İREM DERİCİ KONSER VERECEK  Şampiyona vesilesiyle yapılacak olan Erciyes Kış Fest çerçevesinde ünlü sanatçılar sahne alacak. 10 Mart Cuma İrem Derici, 11 Mart Cumartesi Hande Ünsal ve Ceza, 12 Mart Pazar günü ise Koray Avcı sevenleriyle Erciyes Kayak Merkezi'nde buluşacak.
