International Latmos marathon was run

The '4th International Latmos Marathon' was organized by Muğla Metropolitan Municipality in order to develop local and sports tourism and contribute to the regional economy at the same time, in the Kapıkırı neighborhood of Milas. 420 athletes from Turkey and 6 different countries participated in the races, which are known as Turkey's one hundred percent goat track and held with the slogan "Run in Wonderland" this year. Competing in 4 categories of 10-17-26-45 kilometers, the athletes discovered Latmos by running. In his speech at the start of the 4th International Latmos Ultra Marathon, Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr Osman Gürün said that athletes from different geographies discovered the beauties of Muğla with this marathon and increased love and hope with unity. Chairman Gurun; “It gives us pleasure to organize this beautiful event in a unique geography like Muğla. This year, we are hosting sports fans from 6 countries and 29 provinces of our country in Muğla. A total of 420 athletes will discover Muğla through sports. You make a very important contribution to unity and solidarity. In the 2nd century of our Republic, we will increase our love and walk towards the future with hope." The winners of the 4th International Latmos Ultra Marathon of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality were as follows; Mehmet Aydıngör in the men's 10 kilometers, Fatma Taş in the women's 10 kilometers, Aykut Kırsay in the men's 17 kilometers, Ege Yiğit Şen under the age of 40 in the 17 kilometers, Bora Sezen in the 17 kilometers between the ages of 40-49 came first. Yılmaz Karabulut over 50 years old in 17 kilometers, Dudu Erol in women's general classification in 17 kilometers, Nazlı Sarıkabak in 17 kilometers under 40 years old, Yelin Moral Taner between 40-49 years old in 17 kilometers, Hamide Gonen over 50 in 17 kilometers. Mehmet Osman Döner in the 26 kilometers men's general classification, Ahmet Erdem Çakır in the 26 kilometers under 40 years old classification, Cihan Bilge between the ages of 40-49 in 26 kilometers, Serkan Yıldız over the age of 50 in 26 kilometers, and Gülşah Mıyasaoğlu Tülek in the 26 kilometers women's general classification.
