DHL bought MNG

DHL Group signed an agreement to buy 100 percent of the shares of MNG Kargo. In the joint statement of DHL Group and MNG Cargo, it was stated that the agreement will give a new impetus to Turkey's rapidly growing e-commerce and cargo sectors. Founded in 2003, MNG Cargo has 27 hubs and more than 800 branches, employing approximately 10 thousand people. MNG Cargo, which will benefit from the international logistics experience and wide global network of the DHL Group, will become a part of the DHL e-commerce unit and complete the DHL e-commerce European cargo delivery network.
