8,200 tourists came to Kuşadası with 4 cruise ships

While Aydın's Kuşadası district continues to host thousands of tourists every year as one of the important centers of cruise tourism, 8,200 tourists came to the city with 4 cruise ships arriving the Ege Port.

Kuşadası continues to attract the attention of tourists with its historical and natural beauties, touristic places and sea. Cruise tourism also contributes significantly to the city's economy. When four cruise ships called the Panama-flagged 'MSC Splendia', the Norwegian-flagged 'Viking Star', the Bahama-flagged 'S.S Voyager' and the Palau-flagged 'Aida Blu' and 8,200 tourists came to Kuşadası, the workplaces also became active.

Tourists joined tours organized by travel agencies to visit the historical and touristic places of Kuşadası. Some visited the Ancient City of Ephesus and the House of Virgin Mary in Selçuk district while others preferred to shop in the center. The intense interest of the tourists put a smile on the face of the shopkeepers of Kuşadası.

Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel said that they are happy with the increase in the number of tourists with the opening of the tourism season and that they will continue to work for tourists to have a nice holiday.
