The countdown has begun for the Kampinova project, which is under construction at Davutlar Sevgi Beach, in the works carried out by Kuşadası Municipality to make the city the center of the new tourism that emerged after the pandemic. Kampinova, which will be brought to the city in a short time, is already a candidate to be the new address of digital nomads with its innovation-oriented work and peaceful nature.
Kuşadası Municipality has been an important city of Turkish tourism for many years and continues its efforts to shape the alternative tourism potential with the new tourism and education approach that emerged with the pandemic. After the Kuşadası Station Community Center, which Kuşadası Municipality opened together with Ada Camping and Habitat Association 2 years ago in cooperation with Aydın Metropolitan Municipality, the construction work of the Kampinova project, which will introduce the city to the new tourist type of the era, digital nomads, continues.
The Kampinova project, which was deemed worthy of an award in the "Youth Friendly Cities Idea, Project and Implementation Competition" organized by the Union of Municipalities of Turkey (TBB), will be implemented with the slogan "Learn, Have Fun, Renew". In Kampinova, which will be brought to the city in cooperation with Aydın Metropolitan Municipality and Habitat Association, there will be training, workshops, tents, sports, events, stages, performances, recreation, common work areas, bungalow houses and social facilities. In Kampinova, which will offer its guests an innovation-oriented work and holiday opportunity in nature, approximately 260 people can be accommodated at the same time. Digital nomads coming to Kampinova will also have the opportunity to participate in various events and festivals to be organized for them. Kampinova, where trainings will be organized in line with the demands of the Y and Z generations and the requirements of the digital age, will be the new center of attraction in Kuşadası with all these features.
Kuşadası Mayor Ömer Günel, who was authorized to sign a protocol with the Habitat Association regarding the Kampinova project at the May meeting of the Municipal Council, stated that the pandemic changed many habits and said, “We continue our work with Kampinova, which we started to make Kuşadası the center of new tourism. After Ada Camping, we believe that the Kampinova project will breathe new life into tourism of our city.”
