Senior officials of 12 companies from Saudi Arabia's largest tourism agencies and top officials of 5 companies from Kuwait's largest tourism agencies participated in the promotional tour, which was held in the meeting room of a hotel in Samsun between 1-4 June 2023 under the coordination of the development agency. At the meeting, Haluk Sarıgül, the event coordinator of the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), made a presentation in a foreign language with a slide show. With the business development meeting, it was stated that it was aimed to make bilateral meetings and establish business connections between the hotels and tourism agencies operating in the Samsun region and the Saudi Arabian and Kuwaiti agencies.
