The festival, which took place on the second day of Alaçatı Herb Festival, witnessed colorful scenes.
The 12th Alaçatı Herb Festival, which started with the theme of "Rebirth", is taking place with an intense participation this year as well. The second day of the festival was once again the scene of colorful scenes with great participation.
Representatives of non-governmental organizations and touristic hotels also attended the festival, in which the banner "Condolences to our country" was at the forefront. In the festival, which was held in the company of marching bands, while the animation teams created colorful images, many visitors watched the festival with their mobile phones. The festival, which attracted great attention, ended in front of Çeşme Municipality Alaçatı Additional Service Building. Mayor Oran made a speech here after the end of the festival.
Mayor Oran said, "We have determined our theme as 'Rebirth' this year at our Alaçatı Herb Festival, where we celebrate the arrival of spring and express our gratitude for the abundance of nature. We wanted to turn the awakening of the earth and the arrival of a sparkling spring into a feast of solidarity. When we hold hands and stand side by side, we are beautiful, we write epics that shape history. From now on, we will be as generous as the Anatolian soil and as fair as the April rains, and we will walk together to the great goal that Mustafa Kemal dreamed of."
CHP Deputy Chairman and İzmir Deputy Candidate Yüksel Taşkın, CHP İzmir Deputy and 28th term deputy Sevda Erdan Kılıç, CHP Party Assembly Member and İzmir Deputy Candidate Devrim Barış Çelik, IYI Party Group Deputy Chairman and İzmir Deputy candidate Musavat Dervişoğlu, IYI Party Izmir Deputy candidates and IYI Party Izmir Provincial President Sinan Bezircioglu also attended the Festival.
Singer Karsu sang at the Herb Festival
On the second day of the festival, Karsu met with its fans in Alaçatı. The people of Alaçatı, who filled the festival area, welcomed the spring with the most popular songs of Karsu. Karsu, who sang the song "Neredesin Sen" with the participants, received great applause.
